Champagne Crab

Champagne crab are a unique looking species of crab found along much of the West Australian coast. They have long been an under-utilised seafood and over years Chaceon has been developing a consistent market for these crabs. While their rugged shell makes accessing the meat more difficult, those who persist are rewarded with delicious sweet meat particularly from the large claw.

XL    over 1.5kg
L     1.0-1.5kg
M   800g -1.0kg
